SHIPPING POLICY

Our craftsmanship requires patience; we thank you for your understanding as we bring your bespoke piece to life. 

1. Production Time 
● Each item is made to order. Production typically takes 21 calendar days from the date of order confirmation.

 
2. Shipping & Delivery 
● After production, you will receive confirmation along with a tracking number to follow your order’s journey.  
● We ship globally. Delivery times vary by country and region once shipped.  


3. Duties, Taxes & Customs 
● For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer.  
● Rose Tree will declare the correct value of goods as per law.  


4. Shipping Charges 
● Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on destination and product weight/dimensions.  
● If you believe you have been overcharged or need an estimate, you may contact support prior to payment.  


5. Delivery Accuracy 
● Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order.  
● In case of incorrect or undeliverable addresses, Rose Tree is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to such errors.  


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments in Transit 
● If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or when shipment is marked delivered but not received (for loss).  
● Provide order number, tracking details, and supporting evidence (e.g. photos). We will work to compensate or replace as appropriate.
