CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Welcome to Rose Tree’s Cancellation & Refund Policy. We treat each creation as a bespoke piece, handcrafted with care and precision. Hence, our policy reflects that philosophy.
1. Order Cancellation
● Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, production begins, and cancellation will not be possible.
● To cancel, contact us at support@loverosetree.com with your order number.
2. Defect / Damage / Incorrect Item
● If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, or wrong design), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.
● Rose Tree will inspect the claim, and if valid, will offer either: a) a replacement at no extra cost, or b) a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Conditions for Refund / Exchange
● The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and any accessories intact.
● Rose Tree reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage from misuse, or alteration.
4. Processing Time for Refunds / Replacements
● Once the return or damage claim is approved, replacement items will be sent out as soon as available.
● Refunds usually take 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Shipping for Returns
● If the defect or damage is our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
● For other types of returns (only if allowed by exception), the customer will cover the shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
